Hushlore is a sleep sounds app operated by RivetSoft ("we", "our", "us"). This policy explains exactly what data the app and Hushlore website handle, how long it is kept, and how to delete or opt out of it.
The short version. The Hushlore app does not require an account, contains no ads, and uses no third-party analytics or advertising tracking. Your settings and downloaded sounds stay on your device. The Hushlore website uses privacy-conscious first-party analytics to measure visits and app-store clicks. We do not sell this data or use it to build advertising profiles.
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, microphone input, or any other personal identifier. There is no sign-up, no login, and no user account.
The app saves the following on your device so it works between sessions. This data never leaves your phone or tablet, and we cannot access it:
The app makes requests to hushloresleep.app to download the sound catalogue and the audio files themselves. These requests carry no account identifier or personal data. As with any web request, our hosting provider automatically processes the connecting IP address to deliver the file; this is standard server operation and is not linked to any individual or used to build a profile.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see, receive, or store your payment card details, billing address, or store account credentials. The app only asks the store whether a valid subscription exists, and records the yes-or-no answer on your device.
The Hushlore app contains no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics, and no cross-app tracking.
The Hushlore website uses our own first-party analytics to understand which pages and ad campaigns lead people to Google Play or the Apple App Store. We measure page views, anonymous visitor and session IDs, landing page, referring domain and path, UTM campaign values, app-store and other link clicks, scroll depth, engaged time, device type, operating system, browser, language, time zone, and screen or viewport size.
We do not record names, email addresses, form contents, keystrokes, precise location, or raw IP addresses. A connecting IP address is immediately converted into a rotating one-way daily hash for abuse prevention and approximate traffic measurement. Advertising click IDs are also stored only as one-way hashes. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals are respected. We do not sell or share analytics data or create advertising profiles.
Website analytics choice. You can stop first-party website analytics on this browser and clear its locally stored anonymous visitor and session IDs.
The table below states the retention period for every category of data the app, website, or our systems touch.

We do not retain data beyond these periods except where a longer period is required by law (for example, tax records relating to a purchase, which are held by the app stores rather than by us).
You can delete everything Hushlore stores at any time, without contacting us:
If you would like server access logs relating to your connection removed ahead of the automatic 30-day deletion, or support correspondence deleted, email us and we will action it within 30 days. Because we hold no account, please send the request from the address you originally contacted us from so we can locate the correspondence.
Data deletion request: use our contact form and select "Data Deletion Request", or email [email protected]. We confirm all requests within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability — for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA/CPRA in California.
The app holds no account or personal profile about you. Website analytics are anonymous or pseudonymous and normally cannot be connected to your identity. We have never sold or shared personal information, and we do not process analytics data for targeted advertising. You can contact us to exercise any right, and we will respond within 30 days.
Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own operating system security. All network requests use HTTPS encryption. The website analytics dashboard is password protected, analytics identifiers are pseudonymous, and raw IP addresses and advertising click IDs are not stored. We do not operate user accounts.
Hushlore is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app collects no personal information. Website analytics are limited to the anonymous or pseudonymous technical and usage data described above. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information through support correspondence, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change how the app or website handles data, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how your data is handled will be announced in the app before they take effect.
